If you are concerned that a practitioner may be behaving in a way that could present a significant risk to you, to other patients or members of the public, please contact The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

If you have a concern or complaint about the quality or safety of services provided to an NDIS participant, you can make a complaint to the NDIS Commission. Visit the website: www.ndiscommission.gov.au or call 1800 035 544.
