Credit Cards

We accept Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your Visa and MasterCard. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.


At myPodiatry Health we advocate regular foot examinations with your podiatrist to reduce the risk of complications. We take no responsibility whatsoever for misuse of products supplied by myPodiatry Health and it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure correct wear and care procedures are followed as prescribed by treating practitioners.

Medical products are GST free. GST will be applied to products that are not deemed medical or prescription. Items will display both GST & GST Free upon confirming purchases.

International Orders

At this stage, myPodiatry Health only supplies products within Australia.


This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site.

Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. We will contact you if products are unavailable at the time of shipping and you will have the choice to wait until all products are available before shipping or we can dispatch individually. You will only be charged for products contained in each shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. You can cancel your order any time prior to shipping.

Order Acceptance Policy

You will receive an email to confirm your order. Your receipt of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. myPodiatry Health reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.


We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalise your shopping experience. We use the Stripe secure payment gateway, and for security reasons, we do not store your credit card details.

Our third-party secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials, and new additions to the www.mypodiatryhealth.com.au site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

Product Description and Images

Although we make every effort in providing accurate and up to date product descriptions and images, we do not take responsibility for any discrepancies that may arise. Images may appear in different colours depending on the monitor in which they are displayed and are provided as a guide only. Ultimately, products are based on your prescription and you should not rely on images to fulfil your order.


Limited Warranty

myPodiatry Health warrants to the purchaser that any products purchased will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months. The warranty period commences on the date of shipment. myPodiatry Health’s obligation for this Limited Warranty is to repair or replace a defective product at no charge to the customer, or to credit customer’s account for the purchase price paid for the defective product, at myPodiatry Health’s discretion.

This limited warranty does not apply if the defective product:

  1. is subject to abuse, neglect, misuse or accident,
  2. has not been used in accordance with written instructions for use,
  3. was not purchased from myPodiatry Health or an authorized dealer,
  4. was modified from its original configuration or repaired or altered by anyone other than myPodiatry Health or a person authorized by myPodiatry Health.


We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in the manufacturing for 28 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return 28 days from the date of purchase.

We believe our customers come first and for that reason, if you have made an incorrect purchase or simply change your mind, myPodiatry Health will offer you a full refund on the items purchased provided all goods are in a resalable condition, i.e. boxes are unopened, in new condition and not tampered with in any way. myPodiatry Health reserves the right to refuse a refund. No freight charges will be refunded unless myPodiatry Health caused the error. The customer is responsible for all freight costs of returning goods for all other circumstances. As above, all returns must be made within 28 days of purchase.


Shoes, Sandals, Slippers & Standard Inserts (Gel & Heat Mouldable)

myPodiatry Health allows returns for any reason within 30 days of the date of shipment unless shoes have been modified.  For products returned beyond that window, we grant credit on a case-by-case basis. Products exhibiting excessive wear or abuse will not be credited. Otherwise, if unworn, with the original packaging, will accept a full refund for up to 6 months.

All shipping surcharges are not refundable.

Mismatch Pair (different size for right and left shoe)

Can be returned within 30 days of the date of shipment, unless shoes have been modified. The 50% surcharge cost for the ‘special’ order purchase is non-refundable.

Custom Products (Inserts, Toe Fillers, Functional Orthotics)

Custom made products are not refundable. myPodiatry Health will re-work or replace custom made products at no charge to the customer’s satisfaction. Must be returned for a remake within 3 months.

Socks, Compression Hosiery & Accessories

Unworn – will accept a full refund up to 30 days from the original shipping date.

Receiving Your Products

Currently, we offer a pick-up from our clinic locations only. Once orders have been processed, notification of completion and pick-up instructions will be sent. Products are available for pickup during business hours and upon scheduled consultations with practitioners. Upon request, products can also be delivered in liaison with home visit consultations.


  1. Prescribed medical products will need to be fitted by your treating practitioner to ensure correct application and use.
  2. Non-medical products do not require clinical fitting and therefore are available for pickup from our clinics.

If item delivery is requested (special requests only), then standard and express Australian postage delivery options are available but must be arranged directly via contact with the clinic on 1300 015 016.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, myPodiatry Health shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
